About Borzelli & Berta

Founded in 2008 by architects Sara Berta and Andrea Borzelli, both with already nearly a decade of experience in the world of architecture and yachting, the Studio is committed to imagining and realizing projects where aesthetics, innovation, and functionality coexist through constant research in styling, technology, sustainability, and tradition. The theme of sustainability has in particular become a fundamental pivot around which the creative process revolves.

Borzelli & Berta設計工作室由建築師Sara Berta和Andrea Borzelli於2008年創立，他們都在建築和遊艇領域擁有近十年的經驗，致力於通過對造型、技術、可持續性和傳統的不斷研究，想像和實現美學、創新和功能共存的專案。可持續發展的主題，尤其成為創作過程所圍繞的基本支點。

This process always sees a strong interaction with all the figures involved, including  engineers, naval architects, systems engineers etc. aiming to find aesthetic solutions harmonized with every technical and constructive aspect, without forgetting the importance of the journey undertaken together with clients and builders, leading from initial sketches to the birth of marvelous pieces of moving architecture.

在這個過程中，我們始終與所有相關人員（包括工程師、造船工程師、系統工程師等）進行強有力的互動，旨在找到與每個技術和建設性方面相協調的美學解決方案，同時不忘記與客戶和建築商一起進行的旅程的重要性，從最初的草圖到奇妙的移動建築的誕生。

The interdisciplinary nature, diverse professions and skills represent another strong point of the Studio, which manages to channel stimuli, suggestions, and inputs into each project, ranging from sensorial to technical aspects. The goal is to maximize the well-being, the pleasure, and the general onboard living experience.

跨學科的性質、多樣化的專業和技能代表了工作室的另一個優勢，它設法將刺激、建議和投入引導到每個專案中，從感官到技術方面。目標是最大限度地提高幸福感、樂趣和一般的船上生活體驗。

The Studio internally develops all kinds of projects, from initial sketches to construction drawings or lighting calculations, taking care of every aspect of the design through all the tools that technology and tradition offer to creativity.

Both graduated in Architecture in Rome, they followed different courses: Sara developed a great interest in lighting and how it influences architectural spaces, and she is a passionate and enthusiast yachtswoman by family tradition, while Andrea pursued academic and professional experiences related to vehicle design, starting his activity in the nautical world in the early 2000s, coming into direct contact with all the shipbuilding realities at that time associated with the Ferretti Group. For  over twenty years, alongside their professional path, they have also been involved in editorial and educational activities related to design in every form.

兩人都畢業於羅馬的建築學專業，他們學習了不同的課程：Sara 對照明及其如何影響建築空間產生了濃厚的興趣，她是一位充滿激情和狂熱的遊艇女運動員，而 Andrea 則追求與車輛設計相關的學術和專業經驗，於 2000 年代初開始在航海界活動， 直接接觸當時與法拉帝集團（Ferretti Group）相關的所有造船業。二十多年來，除了他們的專業道路，他們還參與了各種形式的與設計相關的編輯和教育活動。

The Studio is now involved in investigating the possible interactions between the world of pleasure boating with workboats, and how through the use of common platforms and targeted refit operations a more sustainable boating industry can be  developed.
